Description

WHATEVER YOUR SITUATION OR FOCUS WE’VE GOT IT COVERED

We’ve had an exciting summer at LTB with the launch of our new members site and the feedback coming in is that you guys are loving it as much as we do.  On the magazine front we’ve added another regular guest contributor this issue and you can now read one of the pieces from one of Gregg’s favourite resources, James Krieger’s Weightology review, in the technical section as well as the motivator from Habitry and Cathy’s Communication Corner in the client focus section.

One of the things I love about the magazine is that I get to chat to some of you about how your lives as personal trainers have developed so far, in this issue there’s Jack with his team of trainers within a commercial gym, Matthew and Jonny who share an online business around their full time jobs, Sally, who started at Ultimate Performance before going solo and has built on her love of Olympic lifting, Marie who’s mobile based and loving her life and Elkie who has shared a couple of rather yummy looking recipes with us. A nice variety of approaches which illustrates the flexibility we have within our chosen industry.

Check out Michael Keeler’s piece on employing staff, Sukh Sidhu on coaching online and Stuart on increasing your prices in the business section.  Learn about working with clients with lower back pain from Ben Cormack, read part 2 of Gregg’s series on autoregulation and how they approach body transformations at Body development in the technical section and dip into the review section to remind yourself of some great events and fabulous subjects we’ve discussed in the Facebook group.
