I love how the modules are set up in blocks (great for going back if you need a refresher on a particular topic) Greg gives an awesome and thorough run down of everything you'd need to know about programing for your clients - from the basics of set/rep schemes to the full structure of a training program designed on the wants/needs of your client .

I enjoyed the course very much and it was very informative and educational. I am applying all that I have learnt from the course and seminar to my coaching. The most important element that I have taken away from the course is programming for clients individually in block cycles, being able to the keep the programme sustainable for the client, which in turn, help engage and enjoy their progress.

I'm a big program design geek myself and I kept seeing glimpses of the work of the people that Gregg referenced at the end as I was going through the course. Respect to the amount of work and research that's gone into this - great course!

This is probably the course that has made the biggest impact on my coaching so far. I needed to build my confidence delivering sessions, reduce the time it was taking me to plan them and take out the stress of it all. I did the practical day too as part of the movement solutions weekend which was brilliant. Now my sessions flow better, my clients love their training & they’re getting results!
