Take your time with each one of the tasks. Some will ask difficult questions and some will almost seem pointless; each serves a purpose so please do take the time to work through them and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. 11 videos 11 mins - 24 mins long, total course length 3 hours 40 mins (videos only, allow extra time for learning, note taking and application).

Wish I'd had access to this when I first passed my level 3. Very useful and informative and still highlighted some areas I need to work on. Thanks!

Being qualified for 9 years now I still took a lot from this course. I learnt some new things but the majority of the content helped me to remind me of what I should be doing and also to highlight how I can provide a top service and progress.

Great to go Back to Basics. I especially liked the part about Education and how to decide what you should be learning about, making it client focused, to service your clients best. Thank you!

I believe it is always good to go back to basics and review the essentials.

It put my mind at ease in so many aspects. For someone who is at a very start of their career Essentials really is the best way to point you in the right direction and have an idea of where to go next.
It also helped to realise my worries and feeling overwhelmed are pretty much the same for anyone else starting as a PT.

Thank you so much for putting this together!

Really helpful to review the basics. So much here that the actual PT Diploma doesn't cover!
