“Finishers” or “free time” are popular ways to end a workout. In this short course, we look to “maximise our marginal gains” by helping you better understand, design and implement client-specific finishers to meet any client’s goals and respect any client’s abilities.

I've generally thought of finishers as maybe a few drop sets of isolation movements in the last 5 minutes of a session, this course has just expanded my tiny little mind!

Some excellent ideas to take away.

I always love Greggs courses as they open my eyes to ideas/techniques I’ve never heard of or thought of. This course is no different. Well done!

Was so pleased to see this being released and it did not disappoint. My clients look forward to the finishers a lot so they will benefit hugely from my further learning in this area. Thanks again guys for yet another amazing course 👍🏼

Fab course, loved the idea of creating 10 benchmark finishers. I did this and posted 3 in my group and my clients are currently voting and engaging in my group in a way they dont normally. Thank you.

The course was very informative, very easy to digest, thought provoking and has given unlimited additional ideas of how to structure finishers going forwards. Really enjoyed it, nice one Gregg!

A clear concise way of explaining many different types of finishers be it in a 1:1 setting, a group environment, or simply for your own training, excellent course.

I'm always looking at ways of freshening up my approach to training, and often have a finishers section that my clients always enjoy. Here, Gregg takes us through various protocols for maximising your training and time. He breaks it down for different scenarios, giving me plenty of actionable ideas that I can use straight away. Thanks again Gregg!
