The aim of this course is help you manage your time better. We live in a world where there are more distractions than ever and as a personal trainer it’s common to feel like you’ve got too much to do and not enough time. This course has been designed with this in mind and aims to teach you, using a step-by-step process, the skills needed to feel more in control of your time and like it’s going in the places you want it to. Topics such as: how to track your time, how to decide on what to prioritise, how to plan effectively, how to feel more productive and what the research says about focus will be covered.

    This area is definitely my achilles heel, never quite managing to get it all done. What I realise now is to prioritise certain tasks, tick them off and then move on. Thanks Stuart for helping me find ways of switching off, I'm my own worst enemy at times.

    Really enjoyed this course, simple but effective ways to get the most from your time. It can be overwhelming having so much to do as a trainer so I found this course very helpful, lots of good advice that could be put in place straight away.
