The aim of this course is help you manage your time better. We live in a world where there are more distractions than ever and as a personal trainer it's common to feel like you've got too much to do and not enough time. This course has been designed with this in mind and aims to teach you, using a step-by-step process, the skills needed to feel more in control of your time and like it's going in the places you want it to. Topics such as: how to track your time, how to decide on what to prioritise, how to plan effectively, how to feel more productive and what the research says about focus will be covered. 12 videos 3-34 mins long, total course length approx 2.5 hours (videos only, allow extra time for learning, note taking and application).
