Helping you understand your client’s movement patterns through carefully selected and individualised movement assessments coupled with the application of functional anatomy, the movement screening course will help you understand the how and why to your client’s movements, allowing you to tailor exercises, write individualised training plans and identify potential areas for improvement. 33 videos 8-22 mins long, total course length approx 8.5 hours (videos only, allow extra time for learning, note taking and application).

    This course really helped me understand anatomy. Very well delivered with some great examples of exercise follow ups to the movement screens. Supported really well with the workbook, slides and client screening pack. One course I will be revisiting time and time again and so much great information.

    I just want to say thank you so much. This has gave me so much more confidence and clarity , Very well demonstrated, 20 minute videos were just enough to digest, the layout and pdf documents, everything was amazing, I cant wait to get back in to the gym with my clients

    Brilliant course. A LOT to digest but that's where implementation, practise and rewatching some videos will be crucial, I think, to retain the information and get the most value with working with my clients. This course has given me way more than an upgraded initial screen - I can already see how it will greatly benefit my coaching and programming with my current clients.

    I completed the FMS this summer in hope of understanding how to screen to design better programmes. Unfortunetley, this is not what I got and I knew this.

    However, this course literally covered every grey area I was left with. This course is F*@^&*g incredible if you're passionate about creating Programmes that will take your coaching and your exercise selection to the next level.

    This really changed my perspective on movement. There's a lot of noise out there about what's 'right' and 'wrong' that's incredibly confusing for a new trainer, but this really helped to solidify the perspective we should be coming from: principles that can be applied to people, rather than a narrow set of regimented rules for everyone.

    Really enjoyed this as I kinda saw it as a bit of a weak point. Took about 3 weeks to gradually make my way through it. Some excellent practical advice and i am 100% more confident in the approaches I take on the gym floor to screen clients.

    Really helped me understand as to why people may move in a certain way , how to help and coach each individual based on there level , mobility etc
