Maggie, a former English teacher, is a personal trainer and the owner of Spark Life Fitness. Initially, she was a mobile trainer who built her business in parks and from people's homes. This has given her a real insight into what makes great personal training. It's not just about the equipment or the lighting in your gym, but about the environment you create and the relationship you build. She has been teaching students and coaching adults for 19 years and is qualified in StrongFirst, SFL Barbell as well as a pre/post natal. She is also now part of the team at Lift the Bar, where she'll be assisting with our magazine and educational resources.
